Job Description

LHH is seeking a friendly, professional, and proactive Legal Receptionist for our client in Stuart, Florida. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong organizational skills who is interested in growing into a Legal Assistant or Paralegal position over time.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to attorneys and staff
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room usage
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Run errands as needed
  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive tasks
  • Proactive, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff
