Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead customer support operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between customers, sales, and production teams while maintaining high standards of responsiveness and service reliability.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day customer service operations and team performance
• Serve as a liaison between customers, account managers, and plant leadership
• Supervise and mentor Customer Service Representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Manage order lifecycle processes from entry through fulfillment
• Partner with production and scheduling teams to align capacity with customer demand
• Resolve customer inquiries, service challenges, and escalations promptly
• Ensure accuracy in pricing, invoicing, and order documentation
• Develop and maintain processes that improve service efficiency and communication

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years of customer service leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Direct experience in the packaging or corrugated industry required
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a service-oriented team
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments
• Experience with ERP or order management systems
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
