We are seeking a Chauffeur Manager who will take full ownership of chauffeur performance, service standards, and fleet readiness — ensuring a consistently flawless experience.

This is not a desk role. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on building, training, and maintaining an elite chauffeur team.

To ensure every chauffeur delivers a calm, controlled, and flawless experience every time, without exception.

Key Responsibilities Chauffeur Leadership (Primary Focus)
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-level professional chauffeurs
  • Train chauffeurs to meet Forbes-level luxury hospitality standards
  • Enforce grooming, etiquette, and behavioral expectations
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs, audits, and performance evaluations
  • Coach chauffeurs on:
  • Guest interaction and communication
  • Handling high-pressure/VIP situations
  • Anticipation of client needs
  • Maintain strict accountability and discipline across the chauffeur team
  • Build a culture of ownership, precision, and pride in service
Service Excellence & Quality Control
  • Ensure all trips are executed with zero service failures
  • Monitor chauffeur performance through feedback, reviews, and internal KPIs
  • Handle escalations and resolve service issues with professionalism and control
  • Implement continuous improvement in service delivery
Fleet Management
  • Oversee daily fleet readiness and vehicle condition
  • Ensure vehicles meet luxury presentation standards at all times
  • Coordinate maintenance, detailing, and inspections
  • Manage fleet availability to support operational demands
  • Track vehicle usage, wear, and lifecycle planning
Operational Coordination
  • Work closely with dispatch to ensure smooth trip execution
  • Step in during critical situations to support operations
  • Ensure chauffeurs are properly briefed before every trip
  • Maintain clear communication between chauffeurs and management
Requirements
  • Prior experience in luxury chauffeur, hospitality, or transportation management
  • Strong leadership presence able to command respect and enforce standards
  • Deep understanding of high-end client expectations
  • Highly detail-oriented with a zero-tolerance for errors mindset
  • Ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and highly accountable
Preferred Background
  • Experience with 5-star hotels, private aviation, or executive transportation
  • Background in luxury hospitality (e.g., hotel operations, concierge, valet leadership)
  • Experience training or managing service staff
