Roers Companies is seeking a detail oriented, organized, and fast-paced professional to join our team in Minnesota as a Compliance Technician.
This role can be Remote or Hybrid, based in MN and will require about 50% travel to our properties throughout Minnesota, and occasional out of state properties.

Responsibilities
The Compliance Technician is responsible for daily processing of applicant/resident files. The Compliance Technician will support sites to ensure compliance requirements are met.
Compensation and Benefits for Compliance Technician:
Pay Range: $43,500 - $57,200
Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual’s experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role.
