Veterinary Assistant Full-Time (No Weekends)
Location: Oradell New Jersey
Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Animal Care of Oradell a privately owned small animal veterinary clinic is seeking a compassionate and motivated Veterinary Assistant to join our growing team. If you love working with animals and want to make a difference in a supportive positive environment wed love to hear from you.
No weekends were open Monday through Friday only

After training your key duties will include:
Safely restraining pets during exams and treatments
Keeping kennel areas clean organized and comfortable
Preparing and labeling medications accurately
Updating patient records in our electronic medical system
Assisting with curbside service and pet transport
Communicating clearly and compassionately with clients about their pets visit and follow-up care
Training will be provided for candidates who bring strong communication skills reliability and a passion for animal care.
Minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using technology and learning new software
Positive attitude and genuine interest in veterinary medicine
A team player who takes initiative and supports others
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
No weekends
Starting at $16.00 per hour (negotiable based on skills and experience)
