  • Assess and improve new and existing features through usability testing and interpretation of performance data
  • Present design work to UX teams, product partners, and leadership for feedback and alignment
  • Help contribute to design best practices and user interface standards
  • Collaborate with technical teams in a fast paced environment to move ideas from concept to execution

What You'll Bring (Must Haves):

  • 3 to 6 years of experience providing interaction design solutions for web based and or software applications
  • Strong experience creating mockups, flows, wireframes, and information architecture
  • Knowledge of usability principles and user centered design methods
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross functional and technical teams
  • A strong online portfolio that demonstrates relevant, user centered design work
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, human computer interaction, or equivalent professional experience.

Bonus Points (Nice to Haves):

  • Experience with user research and prototyping
  • Experience designing for desktop applications, internal tools, or enterprise software
