Job Summary

Operational role focused on warehouse, flexi-site and repack management across North America (NAMR-MX). The candidate will support load plan execution, inventory control and 3PL coordination under the AMR ETP WEST structure. Solid SAP LE module proficiency and hands‑on warehouse operations experience are required.

How You Can Be the Impact

Warehouse & Repack Operations

• Execute and oversee load plans for process orders (repack) in coordination with SC areas (logistics, planning, customer service).
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments to/from warehouse or flexi sites.
• Ensure timely and accurate issue of shipping documentation.
• Support resolution of SABIC/3PL interface issues (error log / triage).
• Perform inventory reconciliation: cycle counts and physical counts.

SAP & Systems

• Operate SAP LE (Logistics Execution) modules for delivery execution, stock transfers and shipping documentation.
• Record and track process orders and service confirmations in SAP.
• Create purchase requisitions and confirm service entries for payment (P2P process).
• Support monthly accrual generation and operational spend tracking.

3PL Management & KPIs

• Monitor 3PL provider performance against defined KPIs.
• Analyze Deliver to First Promise data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Generate RCCAs (Root Cause and Corrective Action) for shipment incidents.
• Support invoice auditing and approval for logistics vendors.

The Sr. Bulk Analyst will regularly communicate with internal and external stakeholders including, but not limited to:

• Internal: Logistics, SC Customer Service, SC Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement and EHS&S
• External: 3PL providers including warehouses, repack facilities, trucking/drayage companies.

What Matters to SABIC

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or related field is required.
• 2-5 years in logistics or warehouse operations is required.
• Experience with SAP LE (Logistics Execution) modules required.
• Hands‑on experience in repack or warehouse operations and working with 3PL providers is required.
• Must be advanced with Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules (MM, SD) is preferred.
• Experience in petrochemical or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Experience with logistics network design or optimization is preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI is preferred.

Eligibility Requirements (Regional Specific)

• You must be 18 years or older.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work for SABIC in the respective regions on a Full‑Time basis.

Work Availability

Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work (e.g. Monday – Friday) during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
