Position SummarySessions by the Bay is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to support our General Manager in overseeing full restaurant operations, including front-of-house service, kitchen coordination, and overall performance of the business.
This role is ideal for a proven restaurant leader with a minimum of 5 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant, who understands both guest experience and the operational systems that drive consistency, efficiency, and profitability.
This is not a lounge, nightclub, or bar-only role — we are seeking candidates with true restaurant experience who can operate confidently on the floor while maintaining awareness of kitchen execution, inventory flow, and cost control.
You should be someone who can run the shift, lead the team, and keep the operation aligned — from the guest experience to what’s happening behind the line.
Candidates must be prepared to work a minimum of 40+ hours per week, with flexibility for 12-hour days when needed, especially on weekends, holidays, and high-volume event days.
This role requires someone who is steady, observant, and fully engaged in the operation — someone who takes responsibility for how the room runs, how the team performs, and how the guest experience comes together.
