Personal Assistant to Executive Leadership

Location Note: This role will begin at EMMA International’s current office in Birmingham, MI for an initial training period of approximately two months, followed by a transition to Miami, FL once the new headquarters is operational.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Personal Assistant to support leadership at EMMA International. This role requires exceptional multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills, as you will manage both professional and personal priorities to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and oversee daily logistics.
  • Administrative Coordination: Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting notes with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Project Support: Assist with EMMA International initiatives by tracking deliverables, coordinating with team members, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks as needed, including errands, reservations, household scheduling, and vendor coordination.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and external partners; ensure follow-through on commitments.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Manage sensitive information with the utmost integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Flexibility for occasional travel and after-hours support, as needed.
