Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients, including preventive, restorative, and emergency treatments
• Conduct dental exams, diagnose oral conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on oral health and hygiene
• Manage patient behavior and anxiety to ensure a positive experience
• Collaborate with assistants, hygienists, and office staff
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program
• Valid NC dental license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families
• Team-oriented, compassionate, and patient-centered
