Deckorators® is the brand behind the best-looking backyards—innovative composite decking, safety-first railing, and design-forward accessories that help homeowners “Go Beyond Ordinary.” We’re expanding in Tennessee and looking for a customer-obsessed Field Specialist to be our front-line brand ambassador with retail partners and contractors.

What You’ll Do

• Cultivate and grow relationships with retail stores and contractors across your territory
• Host engaging Product Knowledge (PK) trainings and product demos—at retail locations, contractor yards, and jobsites
• Provide on-the-spot product and technical support to ensure smooth installs and confident selling
• Assist with material take-offs and project lists to help contractors win more jobs
• Identify new opportunities and generate high-quality leads for Account Managers
• Drive product interest through special-order programs and in-store visibility
• Maintain a regular visit schedule—being present, supportive, and proactive
• Prepare timely follow-ups, territory reports, and communication that keeps momentum moving

Pay range and compensation package

Salary Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually dependent on experience. Pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living.

Bonus/Incentive Pay: The percentage of incentive compensation that may be earned varies based on the customer account classification and is calculated based on collected gross profit.
