Royal Star Realty Inc. is seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Support Representative to assist clients through online chat platforms. This role is ideal for individuals with strong written communication skills who enjoy helping customers in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about services, listings, and general inquiries
Assist clients with basic troubleshooting and account-related questions
Route inquiries to the appropriate department or team member when needed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and service standards
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service, chat support, or call center experience preferred
Excellent written communication and typing skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Comfortable using computers, chat platforms, and CRM systems
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Experience in live chat, online support, or customer service roles
Familiarity with real estate or administrative support
Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
