About the Role

As the Gutter Lead Installer , you’ll be the point person on-site, leading a team of one additional installer to complete seamless gutter installations across Maine and New Hampshire. From kickoff to clean-up, you’ll ensure every job is done professionally, safely, and to the James & Whitney Quality Standard. You’ll interact directly with customers, represent our brand, and execute installations that protect homes and enhance curb appeal.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to our continued success.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a Two-Person Crew: Direct and support your gutter installer to complete jobs efficiently, safely, and to spec.
  • Install Seamless Gutters: Execute high-quality installations, repairs, and replacements with precision and professionalism.
  • Own the Customer Experience: Communicate with homeowners on-site, review the scope, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction from start to finish.
  • Coordinate Project Details: Understand the job scope before starting, prepare materials, ensure tools and equipment are ready, and keep the project moving smoothly.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Verify that installations meet manufacturer requirements and company quality expectations.
  • Support Efficiency: Help maintain materials in the trailer, assist with waste disposal, and communicate any project needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience installing gutters or strong experience in exterior construction (roofing, siding, carpentry, etc.) is preferable, though not required
  • Ability to lead, communicate clearly, and work well with a partner
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • A reliable and organized professional with a great attitude
  • Comfort working on ladders, lifts, and at heights
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel across Maine and New Hampshire for projects
