The Branch Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring alignment with business goals, sales targets, and KPIs while fostering a high-performance, inclusive work environment. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and regulations. The Branch Manager also handles escalated customer issues, upholds service standards, and works to maximize branch profitability and performance. This position is on-site and reports to our Bowie, MD branch.
