As the Director of State Government Systems & Civil Infrastructure , you will oversee how IGI integrates into environments such as transportation systems, emergency management, licensing agencies, digital government platforms, public-record systems, and statewide communication networks. You bring firsthand experience navigating the complexity, constraints, and public accountability inherent in state governance.

This role is ideal for former state CIOs/CTOs, department heads, statewide executives, or leaders involved in modernization initiatives, digital transformation, interoperability efforts, or large-scale civil-infrastructure programs. Your expertise will directly inform IGI deployment protocols that interface with millions of residents, frontline workers, and government agencies relying on stable, clear, and trustworthy systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate IGI’s applicability within:
  • licensing and regulatory platforms
  • public transportation systems
  • emergency management and coordination centers
  • digital government services
  • statewide databases, records, and service portals
  • citizen-facing applications
  • Provide real-world insight into what it takes to deploy safe, reliable systems at the state level.

Civil Infrastructure Risk & Safety Standards

  • Identify operational risks, ambiguity points, and deployment vulnerabilities within civil-infrastructure workflows.
  • Develop guidance for large-scale rollouts where reliability, fairness, and clarity must be guaranteed.
  • Ensure IGI deployment upholds transparency, compliance, and public trust across all state-facing services.
  • Coordinate standards with the Directors of Public Safety, Defense Operations, Cybersecurity, National Security, and Civic Impact.

Intergovernmental Coordination & Public Accountability

  • Support engagement with governors’ offices, state CIOs, state legislatures, and municipal partners.
  • Contribute to readiness assessments, safety structures, and policy recommendations for state systems.
  • Facilitate alignment between state agencies, public-safety institutions, and federal partners when necessary.
  • Ensure all guidance reflects the realities of budget constraints, operational demands, and public expectations.

Chair Collaboration

  • Advise the KFSC-Chair, Director of Regulatory Affairs, and Founder on state-level requirements, deployment expectations, and civil-infrastructure constraints.
  • Translate state governance realities into clear safety standards for deterministic-system use.
  • Ensure recommendations reflect operational practicality, technological feasibility, and public accountability.

IDEAL BACKGROUND

Candidates typically include:

  • Former State CIOs/CTOs, State Agency Directors, or Deputy Directors
  • Leaders with experience in:
  • large-scale technology deployments
  • public-sector modernization
  • emergency management
  • transportation or infrastructure systems
  • statewide communication networks
  • regulatory or licensing systems
  • Individuals with a reputation for responsible governance, operational stability, and cross-agency leadership

  • Builds safety capabilities that enhance reliability, fairness, and transparency in state systems.
  • Strengthens trust between Klaritee, state agencies, and the millions of residents served by public institutions.
  • Ensures deterministic reasoning is applied responsibly across high-impact civil-infrastructure environments.
  • Creates a scalable blueprint for nationwide state-level integration.

WHY JOIN

This role provides the opportunity to shape the future of how AI-driven reasoning systems are deployed across the core infrastructure of civic life, improving public services, strengthening safety, and elevating the standard for state-level technology governance across the country.

These roles, however, require demonstrated senior-level experience, operational judgment, and domain authority. Please evaluate your background honestly before applying.
