The Opportunity

Our advisors do their best work when the office runs clean. This role is the operational backbone—making sure schedules are tight, clients feel welcomed, events are executed smoothly, and the details don’t slip through the cracks.

Compensation: $60,000 Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities

What you’ll do

  • Answer phones, manage voicemails, and ensure every caller feels helped (not rushed)
  • Welcome clients in-office and support a polished, professional experience
  • Manage calendars, confirmations, and appointment coordination
  • Prepare paperwork and meeting materials for client appointments
  • File and organize client documents (physical + digital) and maintain clean records
  • Support workshops/events: prep materials, assist with coordination, and follow up with attendees
  • Assist with outbound appointment setting tied to events/marketing follow-up
  • Help keep communication moving via email and basic admin tasks (reports, tracking, organization)
  • Support light marketing/admin execution as needed (email campaigns, newsletters, basic Canva edits, website “events” updates, YouTube uploads)

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years in administrative support, office coordination, or client-facing support (or a degree)
  • Strong communication: friendly, professional, and confident
  • Detail-oriented and organized—you naturally build systems and checklists
  • Comfortable with email, calendars, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Canva experience (nice-to-have), plus comfort learning new tools quickly
  • Bonus: experience in financial services / wealth management / retirement planning
